What We Do

  • Onsite Chiropractic Care

Chiropractic can help those with a working lifestyle who are dealing with joint stiffness and/or pain in the neck, back, headaches, etc.

  • In-House Education

Corporate talks and presentations on "Digital Dementia," "Tech Neck" and how workplace posture is contributing to ongoing aches and pains and chronic illness.

  • Postural Ergonomics

Posture is declining, ergonomics programs need to adapt. Traditional ergonomics puts the workspace first and the person second - this is BACKWARDS.

How can chiropractic care help those with a working lifestyle?

Sitting or standing for an extended period of time can cause stress to your lower extremities and spine. This stress may cause back pain and discomfort from restricted joints otherwise known as subluxations or joint dysfunctions. These joint dysfunctions can cause improper joint motion and decreased nerve flow to the organs, tissues, and cells of the body. A healthy spine is essential to limit and help prevent discomfort and pain.

How does chiropractic care work?

Your spinal column is made up of 24 independent vertebrae allowing your body to move, twist, and bend through everyday motion. It also helps protect the delicate central nervous system that controls and coordinates every organ, tissue and cell of the body. Chiropractors apply a gentle, targeted motion where and when indicated to improve motion of the body's spinal column and extremities. This is commonly known as a chiropractic adjustment or treatment.

Chiropractic care can help with Back Pain, Neck Pain / "Tech Neck", Headaches, Leg Pain / Sciatica, Knee, Ankle & Foot Pain, Shoulder, Arm, Elbow & Wrist Pain, Arthritis and Bursitis, Fibromyalgia, Carpel Tunnel Syndrome, etc.
